In two sessions, the current situation of the automotive industry first in Germany and then in other European countries is discussed. The hosting MEPs invite expert speakers to take the stage, who have in-depth knowledge of the sector and climate protection. It is the aim to find answers to questions such as: Which changes are happening and should happen to make the car sector future-proof? How can the EU support the affected regions and people as well as the sector as a whole?

In zwei Sessions wird über die derzeitige Situation der Automobilindustrie diskutiert, zunächst in Bezug auf Deutschland und dann im europäischen Kontext. Mit den eingeladenen Experten sollen Antworten auf folgende Kernfragen gefunden werden: Wie muss sich die Automobilindustrie zukünftig – auch vor dem Hintergrund des Europäischen Grünen Deals – aufstellen? Welche Veränderungen haben bereits stattgefunden und welche brauchen wir, um den Wandel zu schaffen? Wie steht Deutschland im EU-Vergleich da?
